Rapid tournament – with Premier and Reserve sections. The time control will be 10 min + 2 s. The Swiss system pairings of 6 rounds for Premier. Reserve section system will depend on the number of players.
Players in Premier must have a valid CFC membership – the section will be rated by CFC and FIDE in Quick/Rapid systems. Players in Reserve are juniors (<=20y) with the CFC ID # – the section will be rated by the CFC in Quick rating system.
Prizes – monetary and medals (maybe trophies if they’ll come on time)
Registration fee – $20; free to club members.
